Whereas most would have cringed at my requests and backed away, Mr. Falletta was willing to provide options and solutions to accommodate. I probably called him five times leading up to the event, and he politely helped me with my questions each time. Our server, Ron, was fantastic, personable, and continued what Mr. Falletta started by providing options and solutions to all of our requests throughout the evening. To top it off, the food, particularly the strip steak, was amazing. More than one of the guests in our party commented about the steak being some of the best they ever had.
